Create a Cave Rules + Form

Rules;

-Only 1 Cave per Player [That includes IP addresses aswell]
-Please fill out everything needed in the form or we will skip you.
-If you don't know what a cave is, it's a place to keep all of your creatures, and any information you'd like about you, etc.
-Only the owner is allowed to create a thread in their cave, all threads made in a cave that belong to someone else will be deleted.
-People are not Allowed to reply to threads unless the owner allows it.
-If you need an example of a good Cave, check out any of the Mod's or Admin's caves.
-You must Only apply for a cave if you KNOW you will be an active member. Do not just apply, and never come back.
